CLOTH PREPARATION

project-6
Empowering Rural Artisans Through Skill & Sustainability
The Cloth Preparation initiative by Baba Laxmi Narayan Sewa Samiti (BLNSS) focuses on strengthening rural livelihoods by equipping artisans—especially women and marginalized communities—with essential textile production skills. Supported by NABARD, this project promotes self-reliance through structured training and quality-driven production.
Cloth preparation forms the backbone of handicraft and garment-based livelihood programs. This initiative enables artisans to learn and apply practical skills in fabric processing, ensuring they can create durable, high-quality textile products that meet both local and market standards.

The program not only enhances product quality but also builds technical expertise, enabling artisans to transition towards sustainable income opportunities.
Our Approach
We follow a training-driven, practical learning model where artisans gain real-time experience. By standardizing processes and maintaining quality benchmarks, we ensure that every product reflects professionalism and market readiness.
