Baba Laxmi Narayan Sewa Samiti (BLNSS) is managed by a Leadership Board headed by
the Secretary, with the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and other Governing Body
members providing strategic direction. A team-based approach ensures smooth
coordination between board members, program coordinators, and field staff, with monthly
meetings to review progress, address challenges, and make key decisions.
